Note:
PDF format = Adobe Acrobat Reader
DOC format = Microsoft Word

Directions for downloading the above files:

1. RIGHT click on the above document of your choice.
2. Select "Save Target As..." from the pop up window.
3. Specify the filename and directory where the file is to be saved.
NOTE:  Remember where you are saving the file so you can print it later.
4. Click on "Save" and the file will start to download.  Download times will vary, but will take anywhere from six (6) to eight (8) minutes to download depending on your modem and PC speed.  Please be patient.
5. After the download is complete, start Microsoft Word and open the file you just saved.
6. When you have the file opened in Microsoft Word, you can print it.  If you downloaded the newsletter, you will have the same newsletter that was sent to the people via snail mail and in the same format.

Note: The .DOC files available for downloading are written in Microsoft Word format.  If you
are using Word Perfect for a word processor application, you may still be able to save
and read the document by selecting Microsoft Word format when you open the file in
Word Perfect.  There is no harm in trying.

Acrobat reader formatted files (.PDF) have been added for those of you who do not
have Microsoft Word, but do have Acrobat Reader.  If you do not have Acrobat Reader,
it can be downloaded, free of charge, from http://www.adobe.com/store/products/reader.html
